Bridge33 Capital is a rapidly growing, vertically integrated real estate private equity firm focused on open-air retail real estate. We are seeking a Power BI Developer to help design, develop, and implement data visualizations and reports using Microsoft Power BI to enable data-driven decisions. You will be responsible for creating data models, developing dashboards, and maintaining data integrity.

Essential Responsibilities

Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather and analyze data requirements to design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards.
Develop data models and implement data integration, transformation, and visualization using Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.
Design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to support business decision-making.
Collaborate with data engineers to acquire, clean, and transform data for reporting purposes.
Develop and maintain Power BI data models and assist in data preparation and transformation tasks.
Ensure data security and compliance with best practices, troubleshooting and resolving issues in Power BI reports.
Provide end-user training and support on using Power BI or Excel.
Stay up to date with the latest Power BI features and trends.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 5 years in BI analysis, data analytics, or a related field.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data analytics, business, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Power BI, DAX, SQL, and Excel.
BI & Reporting Expertise: Strong knowledge of data visualization, dashboard creation, and business reporting.
Data Modeling: Understanding of database structures, ETL, and data warehousing best practices.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify business trends, detect anomalies, and recommend improvements with attention to detail.
Microsoft Power BI certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate or Microsoft Certified: Power BI Desktop) are a plus.
Commercial real estate experience preferred but not required.
