Job description

This Product Manager role is responsible for leading the One95 Literacy Platform as a product experience that serves as the foundation for all 95 Percent Group digital literacy products. The One95 Literacy Platform enables users to access digital learning tools, manage licenses and user permissions, and integrate with student and teacher rostering systems. It underpins each of our current and future software products in creating an end-to-end ecosystem for student literacy development. This role will collaborate closely with Development and Design, cross-functional stakeholders, and other Product Managers, in order to drive the success of all 95 Percent Group digital products.  

 

Essential Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and communicate a clear product strategy for the One95 Literacy Platform, aligning with the company’s overall goals and objectives
  • Design and execute a roadmap of high-value features aimed at improving the product and delighting our users and stakeholders
  • Lead problem discovery, solution design and market research, in collaboration with Design and other key stakeholders
  • Evolve and improve our core platform capabilities in rostering, license management, identity management and learning management to scale the platform for future growth
  • Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success of the One95 Literacy Platform and drive continuous improvement
  • Partner with other Product Managers to expand our digital product ecosystem as a comprehensive series of products in the K-12 Literacy space
  • Support the growth and evolution of the Product, Design and Development teams as a cross-functional Technology group

 

Skills and Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Computer Science) or similar relevant experience
  • 4-5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or EdTech
  • Experience with license management, identity/access management, or other platform systems
  • Experience in the K-12 Edtech or Literacy spaces preferred, but not required
  • Proven track record of managing digital products and delivering measurable results
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Physical Requirements/Work Environment: 

  • This is a remote position
  • Teams meet annually and ad-hoc for company-wide and team events
  • May require periodic travel for client site visits and product research

 

95 Percent Group offers a competitive base salary along with an attractive bonus structure for this position. This role provides a targeted compensation package with on-target earnings ranging from $130,000 - 140,000, including incentive compensation.

 

In compliance with the Illinois Equal Pay Act, 95 Percent Group ensures the Product Manager has an equitable pay range as listed above. Additionally, all full-time employees at 95 Percent Group are eligible to participate in our medical, dental, vision, life, and disability plans. The company covers approximately 75% of the cost of medical insurance and provides free dental and basic life insurance.
