  • Provide regular performance reports and communicate campaign progress and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure paid campaigns align with organic marketing efforts.

I'm the recruiter for a work-from-home Digital Media Ads Specialist with a full-spectrum, digital marketing agency in Irvine, California.

As Digital Media Ads Specialist at Top Level 360 

( https://toplevel360.com/ ), you’ll create/manage/optimize campaigns to drive traffic, generate leads, increase conversions. 


HIGHLIGHTS

  • Team delivery of full digital marketing services: web design, PPC advertising, SEO, social media management, marketing strategy

  • Develop effective strategies for Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) & Meta Ads

  • Identify target audiences/plan campaigns accordingly

  • Set up/monitor/optimize campaigns within Google Ads/Meta Ads Manager

  • Conduct keyword research/audience segmentation/ad creation

  • Performance Analysis/Optimization:

    • Track KPIs (CTR, CAC, ROAS)

    • Use data to refine campaigns/increase ROI

    • Perform ongoing tests (A/B, audience, creative variations) to improve performance

    • Create proposals/recommendations based on KPIs

  • Reporting & Communication:

    • Provide regular performance reports/insights

    • Communicate campaign progress/results/recommendations

    • Develop/implement/manage paid campaigns

    • Collaborate with marketing ensuring paid campaigns complement organic efforts

    • Manage/optimize budgets with precision/financial acumen



Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

5 years’ Paid Advertising/Digital Media/Marketing with strong ROAS record PLUS:

  • Manage Google/Microsoft/GA4/Meta Ads, Facebook Pixel, emerging tools like CTV/TikTok with successful outcomes

  • Google Tag Manager/Analytics, Search Console, Facebook Business Manager/Blueprint & data-driven decision-making

  • Working knowledge of PPC, bid management, conversion optimization

  • Re-marketing/targeting strategies

  • A/B testing & audience segmentation

  • Google Ads/Facebook Blueprint certs a +
