About the Role
As a Sr. Product Manager, you will be an integral part of the Lexis+ AI Content Platform initiative. You will work within the agile development team for our Content Platform ensuring successful feature development in accordance with business goals and customer needs. You will own one or more product features and lead project execution, owning product development plans and representing your feature(s) within the cross-functional team. You will propose new feature ideas that address customer pain points, based on deep, firsthand understanding of the customer, and ensure successful refinement, development, testing, user acceptance, and deployment of features.
This is a complex product requiring prior product skills and experience. You will develop strong relationships within the agile development team, UX team, commercial teams, and other product managers to ensure that the delivered features will address customer needs. You will be responsible for demoing to key stakeholders at program milestones and work with a cross-functional team including software engineers, data scientists, and UX designers. Most of all, you will have a 'self-starter' sense of urgency, show enthusiasm, and have an experimental mindset - whether new products, processes, or frameworks. You will build a strong understanding of customer insights to ensure that features are delivered in accordance with business goals and customer needs.

Responsibilities
· Gathering, evaluating and understanding customer use cases
· Creating processes and aligning and coaching the team to ensure customer needs are met
· Leveraging and identifying metrics and data to track progress on customer needs and project budgets
· Developing clear go-to-market launch plans through coordinated development with external, customer-facing teams
· Driving key end-to-end lifecycle components, from planning to release.
· Writing clear requirements for complex features or products
Requirements
· Be a natural problem solver and able to take a lead in collaborating to resolve issues
· Have the ability to interact professionally and effectively with internal and external customers.
· Have experience in mentoring or training others and acting as a subject matter expert to guide colleagues
· Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to build relationships with customers and stakeholders
· Be able to demonstrate excellent organizational skills when dealing with multiple priorities, and be able to think analytically
· Be able to demonstrate product development knowledge, including developing related business cases, content, and product plans
· Have significant experience in Product Management, from collaborative conceptualization to post-release management
· Have a Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
