Our opportunity:
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Product Marketing – Document Automation to lead the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, messaging, and positioning for our industry-leading, GenAI-enabled Document Automation solutions. This role is pivotal in driving adoption, competitive differentiation, and sales success across document-intensive industries such as financial services, healthcare, and supply chain.
As a key member of the Product & Solutions Marketing team, you will collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and strategic partners to craft compelling narratives, develop targeted sales plays, and positioning our Document Automation solutions as the category leader in Intelligent Document Processing. If you excel at translating technical innovations into clear, impactful messaging and driving real business impact, this role is for you.

You will make an impact by being responsible for:
Market Strategy & Positioning
- Partnering closely with product management to bring product innovations to life through clear, compelling storytelling that highlights business impact, differentiation, and market relevance
- Defining and executing the GTM strategy for AI-powered Document Automation, ensuring seamless alignment across marketing, product, and sales to drive adoption and revenue growth
- Owning and driving targeted sales plays that fuel pipeline growth, accelerate deal velocity, and improve win rates in priority verticals
- Crafting differentiated messaging that clearly articulates business value, ROI, and competitive advantages to enterprise buyers
- Leading competitive intelligence efforts to sharpen market positioning and arm sales with effective objection-handling strategies
- Driving thought leadership initiatives that shape industry conversations, influence enterprise buying decisions, and position our Document Automation solution as the category leader in Intelligent Document Processing
Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution
- Leading product launches, ensuring seamless alignment across product, sales, campaign, customer advocacy, and the broader GTM teams
- Developing and rolling out structured sales plays, equipping sales teams with value frameworks, customer pain points, and competitive positioning to accelerate deal cycles
- Creating high-impact sales enablement assets, including battlecards, pitch decks, industry playbooks, and objection-handling guides to drive sales success
- Collaborating closely with campaign, field marketing, digital, and sales enablement to fuel pipeline growth
- Leveraging customer and sales feedback to continuously refine messaging, optimize sales plays, and improve GTM effectiveness
- Measuring GTM success, tracking key performance metrics to continuously refine strategy
Industry Influence & Market Expansion
- Supporting analyst relations efforts by providing competitive insights, product innovations, and customer proof points that strengthen our market positioning
- Shaping industry perception through analyst briefings, market research, and thought leadership content that reinforces category leadership
- Representing the company at industry events, executive roundtables, and webinars, positioning our Document Automation solution as the industry standard
Customer Advocacy & Storytelling
- Collaborating with customer success and customer advocacy teams to capture real-world use cases, success stories, and measurable business impact
- Developing compelling narratives that showcase customer outcomes, competitive advantages, and ROI, reinforcing our leadership in Intelligent Document Processing
You will be a great fit if you have:
- 10+ years of experience in product marketing, GTM strategy, or related roles in enterprise B2B SaaS, AI, automation, or workflow solutions
- Proven track record of launching and scaling AI-driven or automation solutions, with a deep understanding of document processing technologies
- Strong collaboration skills with Product Management to translate technical innovations into market-ready messaging that resonates with enterprise buyers
- Deep expertise in competitive positioning, sales enablement, and analyst relations support to strengthen category leadership
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex AI/automation concepts into clear business value
- Experience working with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and system integrators (SIs) for co-selling and joint GTM initiatives
- Strong background in vertical-specific marketing (financial services, healthcare, supply chain preferred)

The base salary range for this position in California, New York, and Washington is $235,000 – $250,000 and outside of those locations is $225,000 – $240,000 a year. The base salary ultimately offered is determined through a review of education, industry experience, training, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant in alignment with market data and other factors. This position is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, equity and a full range of medical and other benefits.
