What Will You Do as a Senior Transaction Coordinator?

Our Senior Transaction Coordinator is critical to the success of our mission. The heart of our business is operating real estate assets and that’s no small task. You will be responsible for successfully coordinating the acquisition process of our investors' real estate assets from contract to closing, onboarding to our platform, and ensuring the integrity of data in our internal systems. You will work closely with both internal and external stakeholder teams to ensure each and every transaction meets Arrived’s high standards. Coordinating real estate transactions is a very dynamic process that requires expert organization, communication, time-management, and prioritization skills. Today we’re acquiring 50-100 homes per quarter and have big plans to scale our business across the entire country and operate tens and even hundreds of thousands of homes. You will help us keep on track at scale to ensure success in each asset’s onboarding to Arrived.

Here’s How You Will Contribute

  • Help coordinate all aspects of the buyer & seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing.
  • Coordinate and actively participate in the title/escrow, lending, and appraisal processes.
  • Complete initial review of select Title and HOA documents for completeness and compliance with Arrived standards.
  • Order and manage all property inspections.
  • Regularly update & maintain communication with agents, title officers, lenders, etc.
  • Submit all necessary documentation to title/escrow, lenders, governing bodies, property managers, etc.
  • Input all transaction information and documentation into internal Arrived systems.

  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, but it’s not a requirement if you are otherwise an ideal candidate.
  • Experience with Salesforce, G-Suite, Coda, Mode, and SQL is preferred, but not a requirement.
