You will coordinate cross-functional efforts involving Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, and the Revenue Organization (including Sales and Customer Success). This role is critical for tracking, planning, and executing the many interdependent activities required to bring new products or product updates to market on time and with the highest quality.

 

What you will own: 
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between engineering, product, marketing, and other teams
  • Provide clear and transparent updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and dependencies
  • Foster teamwork across multiple departments

 

What you will assist with: 
  • Deliver cross-functional projects across engineering, product, marketing, and other teams to add value to Posit’s customers
  • Ensure alignment with business goals by managing timelines, anticipating risks, and tracking dependencies
  • Prioritize initiatives and deliverables based on business impact
  • Identify opportunities to optimize processes, tools, and communication across the teams involved in the program

 

What you will learn: 
  • Proven experience navigating the unique challenges and opportunities of the B2B software market, with a deep understanding of SaaS business models and customer expectations
  • Experience working with distributed teams
  • Proficiency with Jira and Confluence
  • Experience with customer feedback processes and customer relationship management

  • 5+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Understanding of the B2B software industry and its challenges
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams
  • Ability to analyze data and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Comfort in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities

Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, and skillset. This hiring range reflects base salary and assumes that the job will be performed in the United States.
