Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM EST

We are seeking a Subrogation Specialist to handle subrogation investigation and recovery for assigned workers’ compensation claims across multiple jurisdictions, including AZ, GA, IN, KS, NV, OK, SC, TX (DHS), and UT. The ideal candidate will have experience identifying legal liability, negotiating settlements, and maximizing recoveries in accordance with state laws and corporate claim standards.
This role requires an Adjuster’s License and offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment after training. The position also serves as an advanced training opportunity for those interested in pursuing senior-level claims roles.
Responsibilities:Adjuster’s License required (AZ, GA, IN, KS, NV, OK, SC, TX (DHS), UT preferred).
5+ years of experience in general liability and workers’ compensation claims, with a strong background in subrogation.
Strong investigative and negotiation skills with the ability to identify legal liability.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and claims management systems.
Experience handling multi-jurisdictional subrogation claims.
Background in auto liability investigation.
Strong analytical skills and ability to assess complex claim situations.
