Senior Experience Designer

About the role

Our Experience Design team creates intuitive, engaging experiences that people want to visit, use, and visit again. They know how a product should look, feel and work, and understand what users need and want in the digital space and in real life. 

Here’s what you should know if you want to be an Senior Experience Designer at R/GA:

On any given day you might

  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners to understand product problems or limitations and devise appropriate design solutions.
  • Apply existing design principles and patterns when developing solutions.
  • Effectively present and advocate design concepts to product owners and stakeholders.
  • Articulate and defend design decisions clearly and confidently.
  • Produce high-fidelity, annotated wireframes that align with product requirements and user stories.

The ideal person

  • Strong communication skills to facilitate the collaboration needed to deliver smart solutions
  • Apply a systems thinking approach to tackle design challenges comprehensively
  • Demonstrate rigorous attention to detail in design work and problem-solving
  • Comfortable working on a technical and large-scale product within a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Figma, with experience working within established design systems
  • Passion for Figma Prototyping is a plus!

You Bring

  • 5+ years’ experience in User Experience Design or relevant school experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design or equivalent education and experience.
  • Proficiency in English (Written & Verbal).
  • Proficient in Figma, with experience working within established design systems
