Job description

About the Role: The Data Operations Specialist is critical in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and effective data routing that fuels our GTM strategies. This role focuses on maintaining the highest data integrity standards across customer, account, and campaign data while owning and optimizing our data enrichment framework and lead-to-account matching and routing processes. You will be the guardian of our critical data assets, enabling personalized, impactful campaigns, accurate performance tracking, and enhanced strategic decision-making. Additionally, you will play a key role in establishing and maintaining our Master Data Management (MDM) system for GTM, ensuring data definitions are consistent and accessible across the organization.

 

Job responsibilities
  • Establish and enforce rigorous data completeness and accuracy standards for customer and account records.
  • Ensure that campaign data from all data sources is captured correctly & streamline data cleansing and maintenance processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Proactively identify and rectify gaps and data inaccuracies & define and manage the data enrichment framework. 
  • Act as the day-to-day user of Data Enrichment and Lead to Account Matching and Routing tooling.
  • In collaboration with the GTM tech team, evaluate opportunities to consolidate or improve our data enrichment and Lead to Account Matching and Routing stack.
  • Develop and implement a robust Master Data Management framework for GTM, ensuring consistent definitions and terminology for key data elements.
  • Maintain a central repository for GTM data definitions, ensuring accessibility and accuracy for all stakeholders & collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and adoption of MDM standards.
  • Establish a process for retiring outdated or redundant dashboards, ensuring users can access the most current information.
  • Develop and maintain a clear and accessible dashboard library or knowledge base, making it easy for users to find relevant insights packs & communicate dashboard updates and changes effectively to relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide regular reports on customer, account, and campaign data completeness, highlighting areas for improvement.

  • Strong understanding of data hygiene, data integrity, and data accuracy principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve data quality, completeness, and accuracy across multiple data sets.
  • Experience with digital tooling such as Salesforce CRM, data enrichment tools like ZoomInfo, and lead-to-account matching and routing tools, specifically LeanData.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, emphasizing data validation and accuracy.
Professional Skills

  • Understanding of data governance concepts and best practices.
