  • Assist customers with inquiries related to account management, job postings, bidding processes, and platform functionality.
  • Effectively resolve user issues and complaints, ensuring a smooth user experience.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and manage follow-up communications efficiently.
  • Collaborate with product and technical teams to address complex user needs and enhance platform functionality.
  • Educate users about best practices for utilizing the platform effectively for job seeking or freelance work.
  • Gather user feedback to contribute to ongoing service improvements and feature development.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer support, particularly within virtual platforms or the gig economy is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on user satisfaction.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and standard office tools.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
