Business Analyst

We currently have a vacancy for a Business Analyst fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert remotely within EU. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

Tasks:

• Analysis of Business requirements;
• Documentation of Business requirements;
• Business model analysis, process analysis, processes modelling, and risk analysis;
• Functional requirements and business cases analysis;
• Assistance in Business cases, Vision documents;
• Project Charters and Security Plans.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with a minimum of 13 years of relevant working experience in IT;
• Excellent experience in BPMN, draw.io for diagrams and UML;
• Excellent experience in swot, gap analysis and business cases;
• Excellent experience in visibility study;
• Excellent experience in miro;
• Excellent experience in user experience/mockups;
• Excellent experience in Jira;
• Good knowledge of large organization administrative business processes;
• Good knowledge of analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entity relationship model, interaction diagrams etc.);
• Good knowledge of Wiki and collaborative sites;
• Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g. RUP, Agile);
• Excellent command of the English language.
