Education & Experience – Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred; relevant coursework or internship experience considered. Communication Skills – Strong written and verbal communication abilities to create compelling content and engage stakeholders. Technical Proficiency – Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, or HubSpot. Marketing Knowledge – Basic understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management, with a willingness to learn. Organizational Skills – Detail-oriented with strong time management, capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Teamwork & Adaptability – Collaborative team player with a positive attitude, adaptable nature, and ability to support team goals. Independence & Problem-Solving – Ability to take initiative, work independently, and creatively solve problems while adhering to deadlines and guidelines.
Core responsibilities:
Campaign Support – Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and offline channels, ensuring timely delivery and performance analysis. Content Creation & Management – Develop and curate marketing content (blogs, social media, emails, newsletters), maintain content calendars, and support copywriting, graphic design, and video editing. Market Research & Analysis – Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, track competitor activities, and provide insights to refine marketing strategies and messaging. Digital Marketing Support – Manage digital marketing efforts, including website updates, social media engagement, email campaigns, and SEO optimization. Social Media Engagement – Monitor social channels, respond to comments, engage with followers, track metrics, and implement strategies to boost brand awareness. Event & Campaign Coordination – Organize marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities, including logistics, booth setup, and attendee management. Administrative & Financial Support – Assist with scheduling, file management, budget tracking, invoice processing, and procurement to ensure smooth marketing operations.
