Job description

An international igaming company is looking for a Senior Cloud Network Engineer to design, implement, and manage their global cloud and on-prem network infrastructure. This hands-on role reports to the Network Team Lead.

The role is offered on a fully remote basis, available to candidates in the Philippines or Vietnam, working in the EST (USA) time zone.
Salary up to $2300/month.

Role and Responsibilities

Architect, implement, and optimize network infrastructure in AWS, Azure, and cloud environments (Nginx)
Ensure optimal performance and security of on-premises and cloud network infrastructure
Troubleshoot and resolve network issues
Lead and execute network migrations, including data center relocations and cloud transformations
Plan and manage disaster recovery operations, ensuring rapid response to critical issues
Manage network segmentation, firewalls, and intrusion detection
Collaborate with IT, Security, and DevOps teams to integrate cloud and on-site network solutions

Education, Skills and Experience

10+ years of working experience as a Senior Network Engineer or similar
5+ years of working experience with AWS and Azure cloud networking
3+ years managing and optimizing load balancers (AWS ELB, Nginx, Azure Load Balancer)
Fluent in English (C1+ level), both written and spoken
Certifications in Cisco CCNP, AZ-305, and Advanced Networking AWS (mandatory)
Certification in RHCE, LPIC-1 or LPIC-2
Certifications in CCIE, CISSP, and/or CCSP are a plus
Proven track record in executing large-scale network migrations
Expertise in VPNs, Firewalls, Switching, Routing, network security, and high-availability architecture
Ability to work independently and within a team
Willingness to work according to EST (USA) timezone

Contract -you invoice the company (1-year renewable)
