Role Summary -

We are looking for a Lead - Outbound Operations to build and scale our outbound motion from scratch. If optimizing workflows, implementing cutting-edge tools, and driving high-performing outbound teams excite you, this is the role for you!
You'll own outbound execution, ensuring seamless lead generation and outreach across multiple channels. With expertise in Apollo, HubSpot, and Mail Reach, you’ll enhance efficiency, maximize deliverability, and work closely with SDRs, Sales, and Marketing to create a best-in-class outbound function.

What are the key responsibilities of the role?
  • Build and optimize high-performing outbound workflows, ensuring seamless execution and high engagement rates.
  • Develop and refine SDR playbooks, outreach cadences, and messaging templates to maximize conversion.
  • Implement, manage, and integrate tools like Apollo, HubSpot, and Mail Reach to drive automation and efficiency.
  • Own email and phone outreach strategy, ensuring domain warm-up, sender reputation, and compliance with best practices.
  • Analyze performance data to fine-tune scripts, outreach strategies, and workflows for continuous improvement.
  • Create scalable processes, document outbound best practices, and ensure SDRs follow structured SOPs.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to align outbound efforts with business goals, ensuring a cohesive GTM strategy.
  • Train and mentor SDRs, equipping them with the tools and techniques to succeed in outbound prospecting.

  • What are the key requirements of the role?
  • 4+ years of experience in outbound sales operations, demand generation, or revenue operations in a B2B SaaS or high-growth environment.
  • Proven expertise in setting up outbound functions, managing tools, and scaling workflows from scratch.
  • Hands-on experience with Apollo, HubSpot, Mail Reach, and other outbound sales tech.
  • Deep understanding of email deliverability, domain warm-up, and phone outreach best practices to ensure high response rates.
  • Strong analytical mindset to track, optimize, and drive continuous improvements in outbound performance.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work cross-functionally and train SDRs on best practices.
  • Ownership-driven, proactive, and a problem-solver with a bias for action.
