Partner Marketing & Operations Specialist - EMEA

Position Overview

This role will be providing coverage during a leave of absence, expected duration is 3-5 months, full time. The position of Partner Marketing & Operations Specialist is essential to ensure efficient ongoing marketing and operational support of the global corporate channel strategy.

 

Responsibilities

  • Creating and implementing efficient corporate partner marketing communication strategy by maintaining calendar of global partner communications, developing, and launching a monthly partner news digest, making announcements in corporate partner-facing social media groups etc.
  • Planning and organizing online training sessions for partners (thought-leadership, product-focused, partner program updates) by collaborating with product marketing, channel sales and solutions engineering teams
  • Planning and organizing product launch activities (webinars, email announcements, social media announcements) for partners by collaborating with product marketing, sales enablement and solutions engineering teams
  • Developing and launching to-partner marketing campaigns to drive partner engagement by collaborating with product marketing and channel sales teams globally (EMEA, North America, APJ)
  • Maintaining content libraries in the Netwrix Partner Portal and Netwrix Partner University by working closely with product marketing, sales enablement and channel sales teams
  • Designing and implementing business processes to support existing partner programs by collaborating with sales operations and web development teams
  • Assisting in addressing partner questions and requests about the Netwrix partner portal, Netwrix partner university, Netwrix certification program etc. 

 

Qualifications

  • 2+ year of successful confirmed marketing experience 
  • Advanced English language skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with different international teams
  • Meeting deadlines and keeping up, making decisions quickly
  • Be agile and not afraid to take the initiative
  • You are a team player 
  • High attention to details

 

Preferred but not required

  • Experience working with Marketo, Salesforce, ON24/other webinar platform, any LMS
  • Experience working with European or North American markets
  • Prior experience in IT company
