We are currently looking for:
Job location: Remote from Poland
You will be responsible for:
Bring functional knowledge & experience in SAP SuccessFactor
Analyse and provide solutions (workarounds, fixes etc.) to user-raised support tickets (Incident Management)
Assess, design and implement user-requested Changes (Change Management)
Handle other relevant tasks within the scope of SAP support service for the client
We require:
Junior SAP consultant with 1+ years of SAP Consultant experience in SAP SuccessFactors (experience in at least one of the following modules: Employee Central, Recruitment, Learning Management, Performance&Goals)
Experience in working in multinational SAP support teams, providing services to large client(s)
Personal Profile/Attributes
Good communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
Team Player and ability to be flexible and adaptable
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills and problem solver
Willing to learn and expand knowledge and skills onto other SAP SF solutions/modules
Polish citizenship required (other citizenships allowed: see “Clearance” at the top)
