Your Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and courteous customer service to clients from Nordic countries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about fitness and sports equipment, offering knowledgeable guidance.
  • Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Document customer interactions accurately for quality control and service improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals.
  • Participate in training to stay up-to-date on product features and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Icelandic) is essential. Please ensure to clearly state your nationality and native language in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
  • A strong passion for fitness, sports, and customer service.
  • Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting!
