We are looking for a great software engineer to join Solidmatics Inc., an innovative leader transforming the recruitment industry through groundbreaking automation technology. They handle massive influxes of remote candidates efficiently, significantly reducing hiring costs for companies globally. They're looking for a passionate Senior Software Engineer who is enthusiastic about "vibe coding"—leveraging tools like Cursor to automate and streamline the coding process, enhancing productivity and creativity, but also has really solid foundational skills in hands-on engineering, debugging and problem solving.

Requirements

Proven proficiency with React.js, Nest.js, and Remix (experience with Next.js is also valued).
Strong TypeScript expertise and deep understanding of software development fundamentals.
Minimum of 4 years of professional software engineering experience.
Enthusiasm or interest in Cursor for vibe coding and automating development workflows.
Previous experience in recruitment processes or talent acquisition is a significant advantage.
Familiarity with automation tools such as N8N and experience with AI agent integrations are beneficial.
