Blue Sky Utility is a leader in solar energy solutions, specializing in renewable energy project development, asset management, and operations & maintenance (O&M). We are seeking a highly skilled contractor to support our energy monitoring, CRM management, and project workflows to enhance operational efficiency and system performance.

Role Overview

This role will focus on monitoring solar PV system performance, troubleshooting issues, managing CRM workflows, and optimizing EPC & O&M processes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and experience with automation tools.

Hours:Must be available in US East Coast Hours (8 AM- 6PM)

Key Responsibilities

Energy Monitoring & Performance Analysis

Analyze solar PV system performance data to ensure optimal asset performance.
Identify underperforming assets and recommend corrective actions.
Conduct basic troubleshooting for monitoring issues (e.g., data gaps, inverter errors).
Interpret energy production, consumption, and system performance metrics.
Work with SCADA systems, dashboards, and remote monitoring platforms to ensure system uptime.

Smartsheet & Smartsuite Automation

Set up workflows, dashboards, and reporting tools to track project progress.
Automate project tracking and task management to improve team efficiency.
Integrate Smartsheet/Smartsuite with other platforms for seamless data flow.

CRM & Asset Management

Manage customer and asset records within CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
Track service requests, warranties, and performance history to ensure data accuracy.
Optimize CRM workflows to improve coordination between EPC and O&M teams.

EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) Support

Support tracking of solar project lifecycles from design through commissioning.
Assist in procurement processes, subcontractor coordination, and compliance tracking.
Review technical documents (layouts, electrical designs, permits) for accuracy.

Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Optimization

Manage preventive maintenance schedules for solar assets.
Collaborate with field technicians to diagnose and resolve system issues.
Identify performance optimization and cost-saving strategies for long-term asset management.

Requirements

Technical & Industry Expertise
