Uberall is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager, Product Partnerships to drive the growth and development of our Tier 2 and Tier 3 listing and publication partners. This role will be instrumental in fostering strong relationships, resolving technical challenges, and developing strategic plans to expand our partner network across key global markets. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of business acumen, technical understanding, exceptional communication skills, and strong operational management capabilities.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Product Partnership Relationship Management:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Tier 2 and Tier 3 listing and publication partners.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular partner meetings to review performance, identify opportunities, and address any concerns.
  • Partnership Development:
  • Identify and onboard new Tier 2 and Tier 3 partners to expand Uberall's network.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow and optimize partnerships in key global markets (NA, EMEA, APAC).
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential partnership opportunities.
  • Develop strategies to increase the quality and volume of listings published through tier 2 and tier 3 partners.
  • Technical Issue Management:
  • Serve as the liaison between partners and Uberall's technical teams to resolve technical issues related to listing and publication.
  • Manage and prioritize technical support requests from partners, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Develop and maintain documentation and processes for technical issue resolution.
  • Internal Communications:
  • Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on the status of product partnerships, including performance metrics and key initiatives.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure alignment on partnership goals and strategies.
  • Prepare and present partnership performance reports to senior management.
  • Global Market Strategy:
  • Develop comprehensive market entry strategies for Tier 2 and 3 partners in NA, EMEA, and APAC regions.
  • Conduct market research to identify key local partners and market requirements.
  • Tailor partnership programs and agreements to meet the specific needs of each market.
  • Performance Tracking and Analysis:
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for product partnerships.
  • Analyze partnership performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize partnership performance.
  • Operational Management:
  • Manage monthly publisher budgets, including forecasting and tracking expenditures.
  • Process and approve partner invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual agreements.
  • Maintain and manage all partner-related legal documentation, including NDAs and contracts, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant.
  • Ensure all operational aspects of the partnerships are running smoothly and efficiently.

  • Your Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in product partnerships, business development, or account management, preferably in the SaaS or digital marketing industry.
  • Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of local SEO and online listings management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with global partners and navigating cultural differences.
  • Strong technical aptitude, and the ability to work with technical teams to resolve issues.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as salesforce.
  • Strong organizational and financial management skills.
  • Experience in contract management.
