Senior Analyst, Software Cloud Engineer
Remote Position


Job Summary: Client is looking for a Senior Analyst, Software Cloud Engineer to enhance and improve our Infrastructure as Code (IaC) implementation. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Lead Developer and Application Architect to design, build, and maintain a robust IaC solution for our Bend Platform. This position is ideal for someone with expertise in AWS CloudFormation, CodeBuild, and CodePipeline, along with a strong background in automated testing and infrastructure automation.
Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze the current Infrastructure as Code (IaC) implementation and recommend improvements.
• Design, implement, and test a new version of the Bend Platform infrastructure using AWS CloudFormation, CodePipeline, and CodeBuild.
• Develop automated tests to ensure the quality and reliability of the IaC implementation.
• Create test plans to validate the successful migration of resources to the new infrastructure.
• Work closely with the Lead Developer and Application Architect to align infrastructure solutions with business and technical requirements.
• Clearly document code deliverables and ensure best practices in IaC development and deployment.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• AWS Cloud expertise, with hands-on experience in infrastructure automation.
• Expert-level experience in AWS CloudFormation and IaC best practices.
• Proficiency in AWS CodeBuild and CodePipeline.
• Ability to write high-quality, maintainable code.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate across teams.
• Strong documentation skills for code deliverables and testing plans.
