Purpose of the Position

Position Matteria as a leading brand in the Talent sector for the impact industry at a global level, playing a key role in planning and executing communication and marketing strategies that support the organization's strategic mission. This involves leading a comprehensive communications strategy across Matteria's channels to support the commercial deployment of its services and generating key content to enhance brand positioning, strengthen reputation, and build relationships with stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Communication and Marketing

  • Design, plan, and execute the organization's comprehensive communications strategy and its verticals (recruiting, consulting, and research) to increase conversion and sales, enhance brand positioning, and strengthen business objectives.
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.
  • Develop continuous content across our channels to support marketing strategies and reinforce brand positioning.
  • Provide technical and strategic support for the use of communication tools that enhance commercial management.
Reporting
  • Generate reports and management summaries on the communications strategy (including social media performance reports, website traffic, marketing ROI, and OKRs).
  • Analyze, process, and refine data to identify opportunities that enable informed decision-making and improve the effectiveness of the overall communications strategy.

Operations and Team Support

  • Assist in creating job postings on the Job Board.
  • Contribute to the continuous optimization of the user experience.
  • Design digital assets to support marketing strategies.
  • Share job openings on LinkedIn daily (Monday to Sunday), ensuring consistency and relevance in posts.
  • Manage and maintain Matteria’s website, ensuring uninterrupted functionality, regular updates, and troubleshooting technical issues. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, such as privacy and accessibility policies.
  • Support the integration of external tools and applications necessary for operations, such as forms and CRM systems.
  • Collaborate on the implementation of internal communication initiatives and coordination with strategic partners, providing support in managing commercial alliances through communication and marketing efforts.
  • Assist the team in presentations that require visual communication and marketing support.
  • Identify and manage critical communication situations that could impact Matteria’s reputation, implementing strategies to reinforce brand positioning.
  • Collaborate in organizing external events such as webinars and livestreams, leading their creation.
  • Manage the promotion and dissemination of events to ensure attendee participation and generate business opportunities.  
  • Provide event coverage to enhance commercial support and increase Matteria´s brand visibility.


Requirements and competences to work with us

Education

  • Demonstrated skills and experience beyond degrees and diplomas.

Experience

  • 5 years of experience in similar roles.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Proven experience in designing, planning, and executing comprehensive communication and marketing strategies.
  • Proven experience in developing sales strategies.
  • Knowledge of SEO strategy implementation and digital campaign management.
  • Experience in creating and managing marketing reports and metrics.
  • Experience in visual and digital content creation, including graphic design and content writing for various channels.

Knowledge of technological tools:

  • Analytics Tools: Experience monitoring traffic and user behavior through Google Analytics.
  • Content Management (CMS): Practical knowledge of platforms such as Webflow, WordPress, or similar.
  • CRM: Proficiency in customer relationship management tools such as Mailchimp and Salesforce.
  • Automation: Experience using automation platforms to streamline communication, customer engagement, and sales.
  • Design: Experience with design tools like Canva, Adobe, or similar.
  • Automation and AI: Familiarity with automation and chatbot tools like ChatGPT and Gemini.
  • Productivity and Planning Tools: Knowledge of Google Docs, Notion, and content planning tools.
