Role overview

We are seeking a skilled Associate Product Manager to work alongside our Product Manager to build the next-gen AI automation platform. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, excel at translating complex customer needs into product features, have minimum technical knowledge, and be passionate about the world of AI.

As AI is evolving rapidly, you should be comfortable with a steep learning curve, eager to develop expertise in AI infrastructure, cloud services, and automation. You’ll play a key role in gathering customer insights, defining product features, researching industry trends, and collaborating with engineering to bring innovative AI solutions to market.

Key responsibilities:

  • Gather & Analyze Customer Requirements – Conduct user research, customer interviews, and market analysis to understand needs and pain points.
  • Translate Insights into Product Features – Work with engineering to define, scope, and refine product requirements based on customer insights.
  • Contribute to Engineering Refinement Sessions – Collaborate closely with developers to break down features, prioritize tasks, and ensure smooth implementation.
  • Stay Informed on AI & Market Trends – Research AI infrastructure, deployment solutions, and competitive products to identify new opportunities.
  • Competitor & Market Analysis – Evaluate industry trends, competitor offerings, and pricing models to inform strategic decisions.
  • Analytics & Performance Tracking – Build and analyze reports on feature adoption, customer engagement, and product performance.
  • Clear Technical Communication – Bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams by translating complex concepts into simple, actionable insights.


Requirements
