Job Description: NetSuite Functional/Product Consultant

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced NetSuite Functional/Product Consultant to lead the implementation of NetSuite CRM for a multi-subsidiary global brand company. The consultant will be responsible for configuring NetSuite CRM, ensuring best practices, and delivering a tailored solution that meets the clients unique business needs. This role requires expertise in functional CRM roles, project management, and training delivery, with minimal emphasis on technical scripting.


  1. NetSuite CRM Configuration and Implementation:
    • Configure and implement NetSuite CRM with minimal customizations, ensuring optimal performance.
    • Align CRM functionalities with client-specific business processes.
    • Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards.

  2. Project Planning and Execution:
    • Develop a clear project plan with timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
    • Lead phased implementation:
    • Phase 1: Customer Management (communication, files, and documents).
  • Phase 2: Salesforce Automation and integration with existing systems.
  • Ensure smooth adoption of NetSuite CRM by training end-users and key stakeholders.

  • Training and Documentation:
    • Conduct training sessions to equip the client team with the skills to use NetSuite CRM effectively.
    • Develop comprehensive documentation, including user manuals and process guides.
  • Collaboration with Clients Technical Team:
    • Work closely with the client's technical lead to align functional requirements and address challenges.
    • Prepare specifications for any necessary customizations or modifications.

  • Future Collaboration Opportunities:
    • Support potential CRM integration with Salesforce and HubSpot.
    • Assist in planning for NetSuite implementation for the Singapore subsidiary (May 2025).
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a NetSuite Functional Consultant with a focus on CRM implementation.
    • Strong understanding of NetSuite OneWorld and CRM functionalities, including:
    • Customer communication (multi-channel support: email, calls, texts, contacts).
    • Sales tracking (leads, opportunities, quotes, and orders).
    • Sales forecasting and Partner Relationship Management (PRM).
      • Effective communication and training skills to work with diverse teams.
      • Ability to prepare clear and actionable project plans and documentation.
      • Familiarity with integration needs involving Salesforce and HubSpot is a plus.
      • Flexibility to work across time zones (EST preferred).

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Certification in NetSuite CRM or related modules.
      • Experience in multi-subsidiary environments.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
