Job Title
MRI Clinical Services Clinical Workflow Consultant (Remote in Cincinnati, Dayton or Columbus, OH)

Job Description

Your passion for improving lives will shine in this role! As an MR Clinical Solutions Workflow Consultant (CSWC), you’ll be responsible for ensuring advanced solution adoption and optimization including revenue-based services for our MR customers throughout the Midwest.

Your Role

  • Serve in a consultative role with the customer and deliver advanced on-site and remote Clinical Services, solutions, and education.

  • Ensures successful clinical and physician adoption and system optimization

  • Forms partnerships with sales, service, Clinical Project Managers (CPMs), Clinical Solutions Implementation Consultants (CSICs) and others for overall clinical solutions implementation, troubleshooting and workflow optimization

  • Capably provide clinical support for customer escalations

  • Support CSICs in development of training plans

  • Holds multi-specialty expertise with advanced knowledge of clinical solutions and has expert knowledge of relevant solutions per modality

  • Guides the customer in the testing of workarounds, clinical integration, and new functionality of Philips solutions including the support of First-of-Kind system implementation

  • Supports on-boarding and product training of new hires

  • Provides the highest-level customer experience in any learning environment - physical or digital/remote

  • Requires the ability to change the thinking of or gain acceptance from others in sensitive situations

  • Demonstrates an effective strategic mindset (lead generation)

  • Be an effective change management agent

  • You are a road warrior!  Primary locations are in the Cincinnati, Dayton or Columbus areas,  but this job also involves travel throughout entire Midwest Zone which is: IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, MI, MN, MO, NE, ND, OH, SD, WI and WV. May require night and weekend coverage on occasion.

You’re the right fit if

  • You’ve acquired at least 5 years of MR clinical experience with a strong background in pediatrics AND you have >2 years of experience as Clinical Applications Specialist in assigned modality; Multi-specialty expertise with advanced knowledge of clinical solutions and technology is a must.

  • MUST: Maintain professional credential (Registered Technologist with ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) (current credentials to be considered)

  • MUST: Advanced certification in MR

  • You have your Certificate or Associate’s Degree. A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.  Active CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer Plus) certification is also preferred.

  • Advanced skills in live clinical education delivery and experience in remote or virtual clinical education delivery preferred

  • You are customer service focused! You have the ability to customers' education needs  and are able to create learning objectives based on those needs.

  • You have effective communication skills - verbal and written, time management and organizational skills.

  • You have proficient computer skills.

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Clinical position.

  • You possess a valid driver's license

  • This position will require you to meet all customer specific mandates such as vaccinations and or screening tests

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position is $80,500 to $138.00.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.  

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position.  For this position you must be located in the Cincinnati, Dayton or Columbus OH areas. Candidate must be located near a major (non-regional) airport (within a 1-hour drive) to be considered.
