We have now completed our pivotal clinical study and our focus is on regulatory approvals and commercial launch. This is an exciting and significant milestone in our journey to bring this ground-breaking technology to patients.
The Territory Manager will be responsible for driving sales and market penetration of our Globe Pulsed Field System within a specific geography. You will lead the commercial launch of the Globe PF System within your territory and build and lead a team of field clinical specialists to provide procedure support. This role requires a strategic and results-driven professional with a strong background in medical device sales and a passion for advancing healthcare through innovative technology.
We will consider candidates for remote work located in the USA.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for the Globe PF System.
- Identify and engage with key opinion leaders, physicians, and healthcare facilities within the territory.
- Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and presentations to educate customers on the benefits and applications of the pulsed field catheter system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and regulatory, to ensure successful product launch and market adoption.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies in all sales activities.

You will be successful in this role because you possess these attributes:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical device sales, preferably in the electrophysiology or cardiology field.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of electrophysiology and pulsed field catheter systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to travel within the territory as needed.
Compensation
Pay offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, and business or organizational needs.
Kardium provides total cash compensation (base salary + 5% 401k contribution + variable compensation based on the achievement of organizational goals and objectives).
Additionally, as a permanent employee, you will also participate in Kardium’s stock option plan.
