About The Role

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with enterprise-level clients, driving high-value sales opportunities, and executing strategic account plans. You will engage with C-suite stakeholders, navigate complex sales cycles, and work cross-functionally to deliver tailored solutions that meet business needs. This role requires a strong track record in enterprise sales, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive revenue growth at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for enterprise-level clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Drive complex sales cycles, managing multiple stakeholders and aligning solutions to business needs.
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets through consultative selling and account expansion strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to ensure client satisfaction and long-term growth.
  • Negotiate high-value contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and company.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior leadership.

About You

  • You have a founder mode mindset, with experience building and scaling products or companies from zero to one.
  • You have deep experience in AI, SaaS, or B2B environments.
  • You have experience recruiting and leading teams, fostering a high-performance culture with a focus on results and innovation.
  • You know how to drive execution, delivering results quickly while balancing long-term goals and sustainability.
  • You're going to work long days to ensure the success of your vertical and will not give up.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in SaaS, technology, or a related industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota and driving large, complex deals.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to engage with C-suite stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of consultative selling and strategic account management.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to navigate long sales cycles with multiple decision-makers.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
