Essential Functions:
Manage the enhancement and implementation of existing and new EPM cloud products (Freeform, FCCS, and ARCS) in line with established system development life cycle from analysis, requirements gathering, functional specification design, configuration, testing, deployment and support.
Support the business customer with designing technology solutions that enable and scale to the end-to-end business process.
Translate business requirements to functional specifications for development
Perform unit testing and integrated system testing of updates and modifications to ensure that the specifications are met and that there are no unexpected or adverse impacts on application performance and functionality.
Prepare and maintain documentation and conduct training associated with new or existing application functionality.
Provide support by managing end user requests, monitoring service requests to ensure timely resolution of business issues.
Provide application-level support specific to Oracle EPM freeform, FCCs, and ARCs, specifically resolving requests, incidents, and supporting with monthly close tasks that are technology dependent.
Partner with the vendor to ensure application maintenance occurs in line with cloud and internal procedures (system downtime, testing, post-production validation, regression testing, etc.)
Collaborate with various members across various technology and business teams to ensure application availability and support through peak processing cycles (e.g. month end, quarter end)
Support transformation business initiatives where additional users and / or features may be requested as the business evolves.
Adhere to enterprise change management process and IT support model
Perform Security / Access provisioning to EPM product suite
Ownership of key SOX controls related to financial reporting, report validation, and transaction data flow.
Support business customers with sense of urgency and facilitate requests for support, enhancement, and operational / efficiency improvements
Provide accurate estimates and timely updates to management.
Available to support to ensure application availability, including after hours, if needed

Required Qualifications:
Education:
Degree in relevant fields, such as Finance, Accounting, and / or Information Systems.
Experience:
5-10+ years’ experience configuring and implementing EPM cloud products (Free Form cube, FCCs, EDMCS, etc.) from requirements gathering through deployment and support phases
5+ years of hands-on functional, administration, and support with Oracle reporting applications such as Hyperion Essbase and / or EPM Cloud Products
Ability to create Smart View ad hoc queries, FRS reports and Narrative Reports
Technical background with development knowledge of batch scripts, EPM Automate, connections to ledgers, data management and chart of accounts mapping.
Working knowledge of data extracts and updates within single or multiple tables.
Working experience and understanding of all phases of the application development life cycle.
Strong knowledge in accounting, internal and external financial reporting, and / or financial systems
Solid understanding of IT General Controls and SOX compliance
Working Environment and Travel Requirements:
Hybrid (Houston or Atlanta) or Remote working (home office)
Ability to travel : 5-10% for project work
