You will join as a Sales Account Technician, and your main mission will be responsible for supporting the UK commercial area in tasks related to the sales cycle, customer/pipeline management, and other tasks as required for growth in the market.
What You Will Do:
Assist the commercial area with updating the pipeline, opportunities, and other data in Salesforce.
Report and track usage, trends, and changes in the evolution of existing customers and key accounts.
Help process orders and requests for new customers and users in conjunction with the appropriate internal teams.
Assist with the collection of past-due invoices and tracking of required contractual updates and renewals.
Support the tracking of achievement of both corporate and UK specific objectives, provide regular updates to the team.
Processing and following up on leads coming into the commercial team.
Participation in the onboarding of new customers.
Active participation in the entire sales cycle in UK.
Perform administrative functions as needed such as helping UK commercial team with travel and logistics.
Support the UK team in coordinating meetings with customers (coordination of attendees, location, agenda, hotels, etc.)
Communciation with customers as requested by the UK team.
Managing NDA process with prospective customers and partners.
Liaise with Sales Operations area in process improvements and due diligence processes.
What You Bring:
Previous work in a sales support position is preferred.
Strong knowledge in Salesforce or CRM.
Good verbal and written English and Spanish.
Experience with: Office 365, Power BI ( valuable).
