Job description

Summary

With ServiceNow as our global platform, we are committed to continuous improvement, optimizing system functionality, and enhancing the user experience. This role plays a key part in analyzing root causes of system issues, identifying solutions, and preventing future occurrences. You will report to our ERP Business Process manager.

Responsibilities

  • Business Analysis & Process Improvement
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define, develop, and document business requirements, objectives, and system specifications.
  • Analyze existing systems and processes, leveraging data insights to recommend improvements.
  • Ensure that proposed solutions align with business goals and drive efficiency.
  • System Optimization & Troubleshooting
  • Investigate and diagnose system issues, implementing effective solutions.
  • Monitor system performance to identify trends and proactively address potential problems.
  • Provide timely communication to users regarding issue resolution and system updates.
  • Project Implementation & Execution
  • Lead and/or participate in the planning and execution of system implementation projects.
  • Track project milestones, ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth adoption of enhancements.
  • Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM & ERP Expertise
  • Utilize deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM & ERP to drive system improvements.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, guiding users on best practices and system capabilities.
  • Work closely with IT and business teams to align system functionality with operational needs.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & User Training
  • Partner with business units to understand challenges and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Conduct training sessions to ensure users are equipped with the knowledge to maximize system efficiency.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and process optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM & ERP systems and processes.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Proven ability to coordinate mid-size, multi-department projects with management oversight.
  • 4-6 years of experience in a functional role within a manufacturing company, utilizing purpose-implemented business systems.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project-oriented operations focused on process redesign and/or business system support.
  • Ability to work primarily during normal Eastern Standard Time business hours, with flexibility as needed based on project requirements.
