Lead Senior UX/UI Designer with Graphic Marketing Design Skills

OneSeven Tech (OST) is seeking an experienced Senior UX/UI Design Lead to drive innovative digital solutions in the healthcare space. This is a strategic role where you'll balance high-impact UX/UI work (50%) with creative marketing design (50%), directly transforming real-world data into actionable insights, helping doctors measure success, drive repeat business, and build a recognized reputation for exceptional patient care.

About You

You are someone who thrives at the intersection of user experience, visual design, and marketing with a strong understanding of healthcare technology. In this role, you'll split your time between UX/UI design (50%) and marketing design (50%), collaborating directly with executive stakeholders (CEO/CTO/COO) while conducting user interviews based on feedback from the C-Suite and customer support team. You excel at taking abstract concepts from our team and presenting various solutions through interfaces, prototypes, and wireframes. You understand healthcare provider workflows, can translate complex concepts into intuitive interfaces, and deliver development-ready designs that address both user needs and business requirements. You excel at taking abstract concepts and presenting various solutions through interfaces, prototypes, and wireframes, with a keen eye for aesthetics and user-centered design principles to create pixel-perfect designs. You'll practice design thinking methodologies, maintain explicit communication while adhering to accessibility and brand guidelines, and ideally have adopted modern AI tools to enhance your workflow efficiency.

Onboarding

Onboarding will be conducted by video call. We expect a quick onboarding process, enabling you to contribute to projects swiftly after starting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working as UX/UI Designer in mobile/web app field
• Experience or understanding of healthcare technology and provider workflows is required
• Strong ability to translate concepts into various design solutions (interfaces, prototypes, wireframes, etc.)
• Experience with marketing design for websites, flyers, and other marketing collateral
• Expert English level (important)
• Demonstrate an AI-first mindset to inform and guide design decisions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Provide your own workspace with reliable Internet service
• Passionate about the startup environment and eager to learn
• Team player, willing to jump outside of their role to help the greater team
• Ability to research as you work

Technical Requirements

• Well-versed in Figma (e.g., Variables, advanced prototyping techniques) and consistently integrate new functionalities into the workflow
• Experience with After Effects and Illustrator
• Experience with Framer is a plus
• Adapt swiftly to evolving requirements by iterating and refining designs in response to stakeholder feedback and changing user needs
• Possess in-depth understanding of design systems, including foundational principles and component-based frameworks
• Exhibit rapid prototyping capabilities to quickly translate ideas into interactive and tangible concepts
• Experience working in user experience design/research, interactive design, user interface design, graphic design, branding or a related field
• Values data-driven and research-backed design decisions
• Get involved earlier in the sales process by doing quick mockups and rapid prototyping for leads in the pipeline to prove that we deliver value
• Help the marketing team with occasional graphic design projects or new website pages
• Own the entire design lifecycle from documentation to delivery of high-fidelity designs
• Complete user and competitive research as needed to help influence design concepts and iterate design work
• Engage in usability testing and perform design validation research
• Present your designs with confidence, no matter what stage, and collect actionable feedback for iterating
• Leverage data to make well-thought-out and educated design decisions
• Design mobile and web experiences for various client projects, which spread across different industries and product types
• Be able to work on projects that start from scratch or improve existing applications

• Contract-based employment with U.S. company
• Starting at $3,000 - $4,000 depending on qualifications and experience
