WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sampling Intern to join our team remotely for a 12-week paid internship. This role will focus on quality control, data analysis, and recruitment processes related to our brand sampling program. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and eager to gain hands-on experience in event execution analysis, hiring practices, and field marketing insights.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Control & Event Execution Analysis

  • Review event photos from sampling activations to ensure compliance with execution standards.
  • Utilize BrandTrend to monitor and maintain quality control across field marketing efforts.
  • Analyze post-event recaps, summarizing key findings and performance metrics.
  • Develop a structured approach to event execution analysis and provide feedback on program effectiveness.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Support

  • Assist in the recruitment of promotional specialists, focusing on rebranding efforts.
  • Manage lead databases, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews via Microsoft Teams.
  • Utilize structured interview questions and guidelines to evaluate potential hires.
  • Learn about HR best practices, including compliance and proper interview protocols.

  • Strong attention to detail with an ability to analyze and summarize execution data.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills for recruitment coordination.
  • Able to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining productivity.


Internship Schedule & Work Environment

  • 100% Remote internship.
  • 24 hours per week at $20 per hour for 12 weeks.
