Sales Executive, Food & Beverage

Centric Software is looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Sales Executive to join our rapidly growing team in the Food & Beverage sector. In this role, you will be expected to generate and increase revenues in targeted geographic territory as well as named vertical accounts through direct sales activities presenting extended PLM Solutions focused on the recipe based manufacturing market (F&B + CPC).

We are looking for a creative and energetic individual with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role requires someone who can sell into enterprise accounts (€1 billion+ in revenue) and can drive strategic, value-based selling.

Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of revenue generation within assigned territory, as well as the quality & strength of the executive relationships within the territory.
  • Responsible for in-depth, broad-based sales presentations of the entire Centric extended PLM Solution suite.
  • Drive complex solution sales cycles to deal closure.
  • Prospect with qualified leads to identify business opportunities in which the Centric PLM Solution suite can provide business solutions.
  • Analyze customer business requirements as a basis to develop a sales strategy and propose/pitch proper solution mix leveraging ROI benefits.
  • Produce written proposals & quotations.
  • Prepare business response documentation for RFI/RFP/RFQ requests.
  • Analyze requirements and design solutions to complex customer business requirements.
  • Working with a technical team, ensure clear understanding of customer’s technology requirements; provide sales leadership for Proposal and Project teams and vision to win and deliver large-scale, complex solutions.

Regional Marketing Manager

As a Regional Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for adapting and executing EMEA marketing strategy mostly in UK, Nordics, Germany, Italy and Turkey supporting new business development and sales. Managing an event coordinator, coordinating agencies and freelancers and working closely with content, nurturing, digital and customer success teams, you will plan, develop, execute, measure and optimize lead generation campaigns & events. You’ll also work on the day to day with local sales representatives to support large accounts approach through targeted campaigns.

This position reports to the EMEA Senior Marketing Manager – based in France.

Cloud Services Technical Enablement Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Cloud Services Technical Enablement Manager (TAM) to join our team. In this role, you will act as a key technical advisor and advocate for our customers, working closely with internal teams such as Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Leadership to ensure our clients achieve success with our cloud-based solutions. You will leverage your technical expertise to provide guidance, resolve complex issues, and drive customer satisfaction, all while ensuring seamless collaboration across the organization. This position reports directly to the Senior Director of Cloud Services.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support & Pricing: Assist the global sales team by responding to hosting RFIs (Requests for Information) and RFPs (Requests for Proposals), and providing customized hosting deal pricing tailored to customer needs.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for regional customer service reviews, acting as a trusted advisor during customer meetings to address technical requirements and ensure satisfaction.
  • Strategic Insights & Best Practices: Advocate for Centric’s cloud best practices, maintaining high standards and consistency across deployments. Offer actionable recommendations to enhance customer environments, improve system performance, and support long-term success.
  • Escalation & Issue Resolution: Identify and escalate complex or high-priority issues to senior team members or management for prompt resolution. Coordinate resources for deep technical reviews, conduct customer health checks, and ensure timely resolution of challenges.
  • Performance Monitoring & Metrics: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to incident and service request management, identifying areas for continuous improvement. Provide feedback to both customers and internal teams regarding system utilization and performance.
  • Technical Support & Guidance: Provide technical insights and guidance to the Customer Success Team during customer interactions, ensuring adherence to best practices for cloud deployment and operations.
  • Project Coordination & Planning: Act as the liaison between Cloud Services, Client Services, and Global Support during customer go-live planning. Support the creation of comprehensive upgrade plans, ensuring minimal disruption and alignment with best practices.
