We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Paralegal to join our Chennai, India office. This role plays a critical part in legal research, drafting legal documents, and organizing files and databases to support the daily operations of the company. The Paralegal will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Management
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Prepare legal documents such as contracts, offers, and NDAs.
Track and manage legal cases and documentation.
Operational Support
Assist in data quality control and input for national licensing.
Manage legal documentation and correspondence with strict confidentiality.
Monitor, assign, and track tasks using Microsoft Teams.
Ensure deadlines are met and streamline workflows.
Develop process manuals and flowcharts for operational efficiency.
Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and correspondence.
Maintain accurate administrative records and track document retention schedules.
Client & Candidate Relations
Serve as a professional point of contact for clients and candidates.
Respond to inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Qualifications
Previous experience in office administration, paralegal, or a similar role.
Strong computer literacy with the ability to adapt to new software quickly.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and adaptability.
