Overview

The Associate Director, Data Steward is responsible for ongoing data validation within the Customer Payments workstream at Warner Brothers. You will lead and coordinate data audit processes between different communications programs to ensure the right customers are receiving the proper messaging and flagging any issues to the appropriate contacts. This role provides the opportunity to work remotely, directly with the client.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct audits and quality assurance of data, ensuring accuracy and integrity so that the right customers are receiving the proper messaging for customer payments, upselling, and loyalty programs
  • Develop and implement custom communication strategies fitted toward frictionless omni-channel or multi-channel experiences for promotions, pricing changes and other business moments, ensuring all links and landing pages function correctly.
  • Drive ongoing end-to-end UAT testing on campaign templates to ensure accuracy across personalization and links for new and existing communications to efficiently meet launch schedules and deliver campaigns to subscribers without errors.
  • Refine taxonomy and enforce governance around transaction flags to maintain data consistency.
  • Develop and maintain a "hands-on keyboard" model for ongoing program management.
  • Maintain a transaction audit log within Confluence with detailed records such as:
    • Program type
    • Dates of testing
    • Live and dynamic creative views
    • Flags and alerts
  • Additional analytics opportunities such as supporting overall program health would include but is not limited to: monitoring live campaign data and program wide performances for compliance, ensuring all systems are functioning correctly, optimization the program to meet industry standards and apply best practice, while coordinating with Marketing and Analytics teams.
Qualifications

  • Educational background in Business, Marketing, Communications, CRM, Data Science, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of related professional experience
  • Experience in data auditing, quality assurance
  • Familiarity or experience with CRM tools and marketing channels (email, push, in-app messaging, SMS, etc.)
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools and practices, including the ability to analyze campaign performance
  • Ability to work independently (proactive) and collaboratively with diverse groups
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong quantitative skills, including analytical abilities and math proficiency
  • Willingness to learn and create solutions that challenge the status quo
  • Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with the ability to think unconventionally in proposing solutions
  • A proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects effectively and work well under pressure to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to organization and detail

The benefits offerings listed are available to U.S. based employees, are reviewed on an annual basis, and are governed by the terms of the applicable plan documents.

Compensation Range: $95,950 - $150,995 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
