We are seeking a Digital Marketing Assistant to:
π Enhance our digital presence
π Strengthen referral partnerships
π Coordinate outreach initiatives
π Increase awareness of our services
β Manage Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, Snapchat, and emerging platforms to promote therapy services.
β Create AI-assisted content for social media posts, blogs, and email campaigns.
β Maintain a balanced promotion strategy for childrenβs and adult therapy services.
β Use social listening tools to monitor trends, audience engagement, and sentiment analysis.
β Optimize website content for SEO and enhance engagement through targeted landing pages & lead
generation strategies.
β Develop and execute targeted ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads) to reach physicians, educators, and families.
β Research and build relationships with physicians, medical practices, and therapy networks for patient referrals.
β Organize luncheons and networking events with referral sources, including physicians, home-school groups, and special needs organizations.
β
Engage with therapist groups, conferences, and professional associations to strengthen referral partnerships.
β Work closely with HR and leadership to stay informed on upcoming community events.
β Schedule and coordinate participation in health fairs, physician networking events, educational seminars, and conferences.
β
Build partnerships with home-school organizations, parent advocacy groups, and therapy-related support networks to increase awareness.
β Track campaign performance and social media engagement using AI-powered analytics tools.
β Generate monthly reports on:
π Website traffic
π Referral sources
π Social media metrics
π Ad performance
β
Provide data-driven recommendations to refine marketing strategies and outreach efforts.
βοΈ Experience in digital marketing, social media management, and community outreach.
βοΈ Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, Snapchat, and Google Ads.
βοΈ Experience in SEO, website engagement, and lead generation strategies.
βοΈ Familiarity with healthcare marketing (Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Psychology) is highly preferred.
βοΈ Ability to analyze marketing data and optimize strategies based on performance metrics.
βοΈ Strong networking & relationship-building skills for outreach to physicians, home-school groups, and community organizations.
βοΈ Self-motivated, organized, and proactive in event coordination and marketing initiatives.
βοΈ Experience in healthcare marketing, physician outreach, or therapy-related marketing is a plus.
πΉ Fluent in English (spoken & written) β Must communicate clearly & professionally.
πΉ Relevant Work Experience β Prior experience in marketing, digital advertising, or outreach coordination.
πΉ Background Check β Must provide NBI Clearance or Local Police Clearance if requested.
πΉ Availability for Video Meetings β Must attend meetings with the camera on as needed.
πΉ No Other Clients During Work Hours β Must be fully dedicated to this role.
