As a Logistics Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing our logistics operations.

Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:

  • Lead and oversee daily logistics operations, ensuring seamless coordination of shipments, tracking, and customs processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize import and export operations while maintaining regulatory compliance.
  • Manage and enhance the Transportation Management System (TMS) for efficient shipment planning and execution.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure smooth international logistics operations.
  • Analyze logistics performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to increase efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication with international clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance and training to enhance operational performance.
  • Oversee problem resolution for shipping delays, customs issues, and supply chain disruptions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to maintain a competitive and compliant logistics operation.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Language: Must have proficiency in English and German or English and French (spoken and written).
