As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for analyzing, interpreting data and providing logistics information and effective customer service to aid cost-effective, efficient, timely, and high-quality logistics solutions.
Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:
Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely deliveries and provide real-time updates to stakeholders.
Manage import and export processes, ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations.
Oversee and maintain the Transportation Management System (TMS) to ensure efficient shipment planning, execution, and tracking.
Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to resolve shipping delays and issues.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, customs clearance, and delivery status.
Communicate effectively with international clients and partners.
Assist in resolving operational challenges and improving logistics efficiency.
Provide support in reporting and analyzing shipment performance.

Minimum Requirements:
Education: A high school diploma is required. College education is a plus.
