Program Manager:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to lead and shape critical projects in a rapidly growing company that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. As a Program Manager at 360training, you will have the chance to work with cross-functional teams, drive strategic initiatives, and contribute to the success of our mission to provide top-tier online training solutions.
Key Responsibilities: - Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team comprising of product owners and business analysts.
- Supervise scrum masters to ensure agile practices are effectively implemented.
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, promoting continuous improvement.
- Project Management:
- Oversee and manage large-scale projects from initiation to completion.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and meet business objectives.
- Strategic Prioritization:
- Collaborate with the business steering committee to prioritize projects.
- Align project priorities with business objectives and strategic goals.
- Develop and maintain a project roadmap, ensuring alignment with company strategy.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the technology team.
- Provide regular project updates and strategic recommendations to the business steering committee.
- Ensure clear and effective communication of project goals, progress, and challenges.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
- Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, program management, or a similar role. Experience in the e-learning or regulated training industry is highly desirable.
