Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities. Maintain dashboards to track KPIs.
Collaborate with teams to implement process improvements, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
Lead supply chain projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals. Recommend improvements in procurement, planning, and logistics.
Work with internal teams to align strategies and mitigate supply chain risks.
Conduct industry research to identify best practices and innovative solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field within the supply chain, experience in Consulting would be preferred.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.
Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
Experience with inventory forecasting, demand planning, and inventory optimization techniques.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Experience in Retail or FMCG would be a plus.
