Job description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Data Analyst to join our team in the payment industry. The primary responsibilities of the role will include data boarding, modeling, and transformation with Databricks on the Azure cloud, as well as the administering and evolution of the Data Platform. In addition, the Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for supporting and mentoring junior data analysts.


Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement data boarding, modeling, and transformation processes while managing data pipelines and ETL processes.
  • Administer the Azure Data Platform, ensuring its availability, reliability, and security.
  • Mentor junior data engineers and collaborate with teams to gather and understand data requirements.
  • Optimize data processes and stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with proven experience in data engineering and analytics in the payments industry.
  • Proficient in Big Data technologies, Spark, Python, Git, Business Intelligence, SQL, and DevOps/CI/CD methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Databricks on Azure and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with good spoken and written English skills.
  • Fluent English.
  • Full remote (Poland only)
