Location: Remote – USA
As Revecore’s Pricing Manager, you will:
Be responsible for overseeing and leading the team of contract modeling specialists. This role will help direct the day-to-day work of the team, understand blockers and help resolve any issues. There is a heavy emphasis on data analysis in this role to understand volumes across clients and payers as well as understanding data integrity issues. This position will also report upwards and cross-functionally to other departments on progress, issues, goals, requests, etc.
The Role: - Oversight of pricing team – leading a team of 6+ direct reports with the ability to grow and expand the team as our pricing services grow and expand within Revecore
- Communicate and distill top-down goals and business decisions that will impact the team, with the ability to plan for growth and scaling of the pricing team
- Coordinate cross-functionally with other departments, including client operations and client success to understand pricing needs and blockers as well as client expectations and needs
- Provide frequent communication to other departments on progress and status of outstanding requests, pricing builds, etc.
- Report review and creation to analyze pricing data - understanding volumes, data integrity issues, potential claims mapping issues, and other data errors that occur
- Oversight of all pricing team reporting, including upward and downward reporting to the team to allow for frequent updates and collaboration with the pricing team and other cross-functional departments, including goal setting for team and individuals
- Develop new tools and reports to aid in decision making for the team as well as aiding in the ability to communicate pricing needs and issues with other departments.
- Work with product and engineering resources to make improvements to the pricing tool and reporting capabilities
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Medicare and Medicaid to understand how the pricing team can aid in their business goals and continued improvement as we work to expand pricing services
You’ll be successful if you have:
- 5+ years in revenue a integrity related field
- 3+ years managing a team of direct reports
- Expert knowledge of managed care agreements, healthcare payers, and underpayments
- Expert analytical skills with the ability to create reports using Excel, PowerBI, and Tableau
- Intermediate level SQL skills
- Knowledge of patient accounting files and 837 claim files
- Excellent communication skills with proven ability to lead and grow a team
- Experience working cross-functionally with other departments (IT, Product, Client Success, Client Ops, etc.)
- Bachelor’s Degree
