Job description

As our Brand & Strategic Initiatives Lead, you will play a pivotal role in developing strategic partnerships, expanding brand visibility, and executing cross-industry campaigns. You’ll act as a bridge between the crypto world and traditional sectors, leveraging your strong network and expertise to create mutually beneficial collaborations. This position requires someone with a proven track record in partnership development, campaign management, and media relations—preferably with experience in mainstream media or similar high-impact environments.


Tasks

1. Strategic Partnership Development



  • Identify and engage potential partners across non-crypto sectors such as finance, technology, and digital media.

  • Cultivate long-term relationships with key stakeholders in target organizations.

  • Negotiate and formalize partnerships that align with our brand values and objectives.**


2. Brand Awareness Expansion**



  • Represent the company at industry conferences, seminars, and workshops outside the crypto space to increase brand visibility.

  • Oversee the creation of educational content (articles, whitepapers, webinars) targeted at traditional sectors.

  • Build and maintain relationships with mainstream media outlets to secure coverage and feature stories that enhance brand recognition.**


3. Campaign Ideation and Support**



  • Collaborate with internal creative teams to brainstorm and develop innovative campaigns that appeal to a broader audience.

  • Design initiatives that highlight the intersection between the crypto space and traditional industries.

  • Allocate resources effectively to ensure campaigns meet strategic goals.**


4. Special Projects and Execution**



  • Launch special projects or campaigns in collaboration with our creative lab.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive brand awareness strategy during the trial period.


Requirements

Experience:



  • Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic partnership development, campaign management, or media relations.

  • Proven success in managing high-impact projects or campaigns.

  • Strong network outside the crypto sector, preferably within mainstream media or related industries.


Skills:



  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.

  • Strong understanding of branding principles and cross-industry dynamics.

  • Ability to manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently.

  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
