Position

Title: Talent Researcher (3-6 month Contract)

Location: Remote/Home Office

The Talent Researcher will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and attracting top talent. Partnering with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and Business Leaders to build a robust talent pipeline for business-critical roles.

What You Will Do

  • Identify top talent across targeted geographies, companies, and job functions.
  • Contribute to the development and evolution of strategic sourcing strategies, aimed at building talent pools and enhancing the Company’s employer brand.
  • Use LinkedIn, search engines, social media platforms and other resources to identify potential candidates.
  • Drive targeted outreach campaigns that attract active and passive job seekers, while maintaining relationships within our future job seeker network.
  • Leverage LinkedIn to gather and analyze talent trends, such as – organizational structures, competitor hiring strategies & patterns, talent supply and demand, talent movement trends, etc.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders – Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and Leadership – to align on hiring needs and strategy.
  • Deliver candidate pipeline progress updates to internal stakeholders, help to maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).

What Makes You An Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in talent research (sourcing), helping to improve hiring timelines by building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline.
  • Familiarity with sourcing platforms (i.e., LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.), Boolean search techniques, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Analytical mindset that uses data driven insights to understand the competitive talent landscape. Able to translate data and provide reporting that allows for actionable insight on industry trends and talent movement, while helping to optimize the Company’s recruitment strategies.
  • Organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
