This position is a remote opportunity open to candidates residing in the Eastern time zone.

As an Invoice Cloud Senior Solutions Engineer, you will utilize your design, architectural, and development experience and competencies to integrate Invoice Cloud’s electronic bill payment and presentment (EBPP) Saas Platform with third-party CIS and core insurance systems for municipality, utility, and insurance clients. You will design standard, repeatable integrations as well as custom integrations for Invoice Cloud clients.

Working directly with system integration partners and clients, you will engage early in the implementation lifecycle to provide product expertise, lead requirements discovery, architect optimal integrations, coach partners and clients on using Invoice Cloud API web services, and help oversee final pre-Go-Live tasks like SIT and UAT. Throughout the implementation lifecycle, you will also collaborate with implementation and engineering team peers to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.

What You'll Do:

Work with partners and clients to determine their digital payment business requirements using a structured discovery process.

Work closely with integrations project managers to size, scope, and plan integrations.

Document integration specifications, including payment data file layouts, Invoice Cloud API web services required to implement user stories, and webhooks to be developed by partner or client developers.

Support implementation teams on required Go-Live tasks.

Implement modifications to existing standard integrations in response to client and market demands.

 What We Seek:

2+ years of experience delivering Cloud (SaaS) Services for Financial Services. Prior experience developing digital payments solutions or working for a digital payments vendor preferred.

4+ years of professional experience in a consulting, software design, solutions, or technical sales role. Full-stack development experience is a plus.

Proven ability to multitask on multiple complex engagements with keen attention to detail and quality.

Experience in data management, SSO-based web services (SOAP/XML, REST/JSON, SQL), and user experience design (Figma, Miro, Lucidchart)

Experience utilizing API environments like Postman, Swagger, or Kong is a must.

AWS or Azure Cloud experience.

Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to achieve results as part of an effective team and the ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task under tight deadlines.

Base salary is one component of total compensation. Employees may also be eligible for an annual bonus or commission. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. The above represents the expected base compensation range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we’ll consider many factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors.

Base Compensation Range

$110,000—$125,000 USD
