About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Digital Designer who loves crafting visually compelling digital experiences and bringing them to life with front-end code. If you have a passion for design, an eye for detail, and the technical skills to translate ideas into reality using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, we’d love to meet you! In this role, you’ll collaborate within our talented Creative team to design and develop engaging web experiences that captivate users and align with our brand’s vision.
Responsibilities
Design and develop engaging digital experiences, including websites, landing pages, emails, and digital marketing assets.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with brand guidelines and user needs.
Implement front-end code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to translate designs into functional web pages.
Work closely with developers, marketers, and content creators to enhance user experiences.
Optimize designs for responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital design and front-end development.
Conduct user testing and iterate on designs based on feedback and performance analytics.
Who You Are
Understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
Ability to balance creativity with functionality, ensuring visually appealing and high-performing designs.
Experience working within CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow), including customization and content management.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (experience with frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind is a plus).
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience in digital design and front-end development.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver).
Portfolio showcasing design work and coding abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with visual page builders (e.g., Elementor, Visual Composer) and their role in designing and optimizing web layouts is a plus.
Experience or interest in creating short-form videos and animations, with proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, or similar video editing software (considered a plus).
