At least 5 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing in a B2B environment or a growing startup., Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset, capable of using SQL and data analysis tools like GA4 and Metabase., Expertise in marketing automation tools and CRM systems, with a solid understanding of workflows and segmentation., Technical proficiency in digital acquisition tools and strategies, including SEA, social ads, and LinkedIn..
Key responsabilities:
Analyze data to identify conversion bottlenecks and optimize each stage of the acquisition funnel.
Audit the performance of acquisition channels and prioritize actions based on insights.
Implement and optimize dashboards for tracking traffic, conversion, and engagement metrics.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align growth actions with business objectives.
