The ideal candidate will have a strong command of content writing, copywriting, and SEO best practices to craft engaging and optimized content across various platforms. This role involves writing articles, emails, and other materials that align with our company’s voice and objectives, particularly in the fields of real estate investment, travel, and lifestyle. Native English language proficiency is required. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Content Creation

• Write and structure engaging, well-researched articles on topics related to real estate investments, travel, and lifestyle. 
• Craft compelling and persuasive marketing emails to support lead generation and nurturing efforts. 
• Develop clear and concise copy for marketing materials, landing pages, and other platforms. 

SEO Optimization

• Conduct keyword research and integrate relevant keywords seamlessly into content. 
• Optimize content for search engines while maintaining readability and engagement. 

Editing and Proofreading

• Edit and refine content to enhance readability, quality, and adherence to brand guidelines.

Interview and Reporting

• Conduct interviews and write up compelling stories, ensuring accuracy and engagement. 

Content Management

• Upload and manage content on website content management systems, like WordPress and HubSpot 
• Format and publish content to maximize online visibility and reader experience. 

Content Planning

• Contribute ideas for content planning and strategy, ensuring content can be repurposed effectively across various platforms
