RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

• Atuar como desenvolvedor de automação na squad Diálogos Digitais, desenvolvendo funcionalidades para os canais de atendimento ao cliente;
• Implementar soluções de inteligência artificial, desde a lógica de negócios até a avaliação da qualidade e consistência dos dados anotados;
• Desenvolver novas funcionalidades para a plataforma CCAI-P, utilizando Inteligência Artificial para atendimento via WhatsApp;
• Documentar os projetos e sugerir melhorias para otimizar a experiência do cliente e do usuário final;
• Manter-se atualizado sobre tecnologias de IA, NLP, NLU, LLMs e FMs para aprimorar as soluções desenvolvidas;
• Trabalhar com manipulação de APIs e tradução de protocolos para garantir integração eficiente entre sistemas;
• Aplicar frameworks de Deep Learning (TensorFlow/Keras) em projetos de IA;
• Garantir a entrega de resultados eficazes alinhados às melhores práticas do mercado.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Experiência com Node.js e/ou Python para desenvolvimento de soluções conversacionais;
• Conhecimento em Dialogflow, CCAI-P e ferramentas de desenvolvimento de chatbots;
• Experiência com NLP, NLU, LLMs e FMs para desenvolvimento de soluções baseadas em IA;
• Habilidades em manipulação de APIs e integração de sistemas;
• Conhecimento em cloud computing e arquiteturas voltadas para IA;
• Familiaridade com frameworks de Deep Learning (TensorFlow/Keras);
• Capacidade analítica para avaliar a qualidade dos dados e otimizar os modelos de IA;
• Experiência com desenvolvimento de automação para canais de atendimento ao cliente;
• Diferencial: conhecimento em soluções conversacionais e implementação de IA aplicada ao atendimento via WhatsApp.
